The Hankyu Kobe Line runs between Osaka-umeda and Kobe-sannomiya. On weekdays its timetable lists Commuter Limited Express, Semi-Limited Express, Rapid and Local trains from about 05:25.[1] The 06:15 Commuter Limited Express from Kobe-sannomiya reaches Osaka-umeda at 06:44, which is 29 minutes.[2] JR and Hanshin also link Osaka with Kobe-sannomiya, so you can use whichever line is closest to your hotel. Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Shin-Kobe

The Shinkansen is the expensive option for this short hop and only makes sense if you are already on it.
