Airports and Terminals
Since 17 May 2025, Vietnam Airlines operates its domestic flights from Terminal 3 at Tan Son Nhat, except flights to Con Dao, Rach Gia and Ca Mau. Pacific Airlines and VASCO stay at Terminal 1.[2] For other airlines, check the terminal printed on your ticket before you arrange your transfer.
Tan Son Nhat is about 8 km from the city center, and Vietnam Airlines estimates 20 to 30 minutes for the trip.[1] On Phu Quoc, it lists a bus from the airport to the city center at about VND 20,000 per person and a taxi at about VND 180,000 to 200,000 per trip.[1] Many resorts also arrange airport shuttles, so ask your accommodation beforehand.
