Tickets and facilities
You can buy tickets from vending machines in the terminal, on the TBS website and in the TBS mobile app. The terminal suggests buying online to skip the queue at the counter. Check that your payment went through before you close the page, and look at Purchase History to see the status. Each ticket bought at TBS has included a facility charge since 1 September 2025.[1] Boutique counters in the main lobby help senior citizens, passengers with disabilities and anyone who needs extra assistance.[1]

An e-ticket from an operator must be exchanged for a TBS boarding pass, which you scan at the gate. Check in at the gate 30 minutes before departure. If the bus leaves without you, the ticket is not refundable and you must buy a new one.[4]
- Departures: The departure hall is on Level 2. Go to the hall for Gates 1 to 19 if you bought your ticket through CTS.[12]
- Level 3: The main lobby has the information counter and customer service office, bank ATMs, the luggage center with lockers and a defibrillator. A live display board lists every arrival and departure.[12][13]
